We want your Eyepower order to reach you safely and quickly. Here’s how we handle shipping:

United Kingdom Orders:

• Shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour service for fast and reliable delivery.

South Africa (SA) Orders:

• Shipped via DPD or UPS for secure and timely delivery.

United States Orders:

• Dispatched via Royal Mail, then handed over to USPS for delivery.

• Good news: We cover all import duties and tariffs for US orders — no extra fees at delivery.

Canadian Orders:

• Sent via Royal Mail and passed on to Canada Post for delivery.

Rest of the World:

• Sent from the UK via Royal Mail and delivered through your local postal service.

Additional Information for Customers:

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Delivery Times: Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

• Check Your Address: Please double-check your shipping details to avoid delivery delays.

• We are registered on the EU IOSS scheme, which means that for a single order, you will not have to pay any additional fees or taxes when we send your order.

  If you place an order for two or more items, VAT and any applicable customs fees will be charged when the order arrives in your country. In this case, any VAT we collect during checkout will be refunded to your card, so you are only charged once at your local customs.
